Established in 1959 and incorporated in 1966, RCAM has been recognized as the voice of the commercial and industrial roofing industry with a stellar tenure nearing 60 years of professional roofing installation in Manitoba.
RCAM is the provincial affiliate of the federal organization, The Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) in Ottawa and was created to represent the commercial roofing community in Manitoba.
We are the source for all things commercial roofing, having vast experience, knowledge, expertise and training in the industry and we are proud to advocate on behalf of our members, business owners, employees and industry partners.

The Apprenticeship Committee is dedicated to building and maintaining a strong relationship with Apprenticeship Manitoba, and Red River College and local high schools. RCAM is an advocate for students and workers who want to pursue a professional career in the commercial roofing industry. RCAM is committed to train and retain quality workers and create a high level of pride in a safe, respectful and advancing career.
The Membership Committee is responsible for vetting prospective contractors to ensure they meet the stringent qualifications that all RCAM members follow.
The Planning Committee is dedicated to creating a clear path and step by step strategic plan to ensure the value of membership is maintained through continued growth and vision to respond to industry needs and goals.
The Policies Committee is in place to maintain, and update as necessary, the association policies
as they relate to the industry with a clear mandate to cultivate growth through solid ethics and transparency.
The Technical Committee in Manitoba acts as the liaison to the CRCA National Technical Committee (NTC) in Ottawa. The committee represents Manitoba at the federal level by attending the bi-annual meetings with the NTC which are held to address current technical issues facing members in Manitoba. The technical committee operates as an authority in the roofing industry for information, education, technology and advocacy.
The Warranty Committee is enlisted to research an association backed warranty program that continues to stand behind the best quality ICI roofing systems, and to ensure that RCAM members meet CRCA technical standards on every application in Manitoba.
